<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Faites cuire le boulgour selon les indications du paquet. Égouttez-le puis laissez-le refroidir.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Préparer les pois chiches grillés</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Mélangez les pois chiches avec le paprika, un peu de sel et de poivre. Faites-les rôtir 20 minutes au four à 200°C jusqu&rsquo;à ce qu&rsquo;ils soient légèrement croustillants.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Préparer les légumes</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Coupez le concombre en petits dés et les tomates cerises en deux.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. Assembler la salade</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Dans un saladier, mélangez le boulgour refroidi, les légumes, les pois chiches grillés et les herbes fraîches.</p>
